He is survived by: his wife Dr. Sabina Kunis; his brother Mark Kunis (Irina Kunis); his niece Inna Ben Shushan; his nephew Yaniv Kunis; his daughter Naomi Presnall-Shvorin (Jennifer Presnall-Shvorin); and his grandchildren, Zachary Kunis, Aleksandra Ryan and Matthew Presnall-Shvorin.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation a Parkinson's Research Foundation.
