He is survived by: his wife Margery Manning (Millner); his daughters, Samantha Manning and Rebecca Dorsey (Ethan); and his siblings, Carolyn Manning, Brian Manning (Chunhui), Dennis Manning (Susan), Jim Manning (Andrea) and Dan Manning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
