He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester A. Ray and Eleanor Ray (Copponi) of Marshfield; and his brother Larry Ray of Marshfield Ma. He is survived by: his former wife Jean Ray (Grinnell) of Walpole; his daughter Cyndi Lydick (Ray) of Falmouth, Maine.; his close friend Phillanne Kenney; and also, Joanna and Alana Kenney. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
