He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Ford and Noreen Ford; and his brother Donnie. He is survived by: his wife Teresa (Teri); his children, Chad (Kendra) and Cassie (Steve); his grandchildren, Caleb, Kaitlyn and Jacob; and his siblings, Scott Ford and Jane Ann Underwood.
