He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Jean Wills; his parents, James Wills and Mary Adair Wills; his brothers, James, Robert, Richard, Maxwell and Charles; and his granddaughter Patty Wolfingbarger.

He is survived by: his children, Larry Wolfingbarger (Catherine), Dan Wolfingbarger, Shelia Wolfingbarger and Sharon Green (Jack); and his siblings, Bill Wills, Clara M. Milam and Ruth Ann Christie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
