It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Mark Birchard of Pinellas Park, Florida, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Birchard. He is survived by: his mother Frances Birchard (Gleason); his wife Samantha Birchard; his children, Mitchell Birchard (Tara), Gina Birchard, Kasandra Bodell (Cameran), April Birchard (Taylor), Amanda Vok and Hayden Vok (William Wilson); his grandchildren, Tyler, Julian, Cameran, Kynlee, Carter, Raegan, Avaree, Remy, Crew and Alaynee; and his siblings, Terry Fischer, Joan Lewis (Mark), Steven Birchard (Diane), Douglas Birchard (Robin), Kathleen Miller (Dennis), Pauline LaBonte (Wayne), Linda Birchard and Scott Birchard. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
