Balcom, Sr. and Mary Picot Balcom; his sisters, Reta Sullivan, Dorothy Kimmel (Dottie) and Winifred Liddle (Winnie); his wife Imogene Balcom; his daughter Lesa Regan; his daughter-in-law Theresa Balcom; and his brother-in-law Harold Johnson (Brenda). He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
