We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2018, at the age of 82, Eda L. Chappell (Pinellas Park, Florida), born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eda Luoto and Everett Luoto; her husband Robert Chappell; her sister Edla Broschayt (Richard); and her friend Arvo Pyhaluoto.

She is survived by: her significant other John Brigham; and her niece Kim Broschayt Short (Brad).
