He is survived by: his parent Wilford; his spouse Mary Ann Billey; his brother Dale Billey (Elaine); his niece Nicole Karl-LeBrenz (Jacob); his nephews, Dale II, Stephanie Billey and Jeremy Brooks (Delores); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caitlynne Vail, Morgan Vail, Liana Billey, Drew Randon, Colten Karl-LeBrenz, Nicholas Karl-LeBrenz, Gavynn, Garett and Griffin.
