He is survived by: his wife Vicky Hall; his children, Alicia Hall, Melissa Clarke and Douglas Hall; his grandsons, Colton Clarke and Evan Hall; his mother Sharon Frid (Ken Frid); and his siblings, Denny Hall, Kenny Frid, Karen Hall and Sharon Hall Garner.
