She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sorrell and Ella Sorrell (Robinson); her son Phillip Carlier; and her siblings, Warren Sorrell, Morine Curtis, Henry Sorrell, Bea Noel, Muriel Sorrell and Lonnie Sorrell.
She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Edie (Keith) and George (Cathryn); her grandsons, Matthew (Christy), George (Mel), Daniel (Amanda), Jonathan, Joshua (Katie) and Brian (Melissa); and her siblings, Beryl Allen and Charlene Riley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
