She is survived by: her husband Craig Osorio; her sons, Isaac Osorio (Hailey) and Gabriel Osorio; her parents, Peter Vazquez and Amelia Rodriguez; her siblings, Leslie, Nilda, Terry, Felix, Jay, Peter, Megan, Tito and Danny Boy; and her granddaughter Helena.

“I worked with Charlie for the past year. She was my manager as well as mentor. Although I’ve only known Charlie for a short period of time, it left like forever. Charlie was full of joy and love. She was driven and hard working, one of the many reasons her and I meshed well. She had a great love for her family. She was so excited to take her granddaughter to Disney this past Xmas. Thanks for sharing her with us. She has impacted so many lives at AMS including mine. Sending prayers to you all.”
