It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charleen Cooper Isaacs of Pinellas Park, Florida, born in Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Garnett Cooper and Lillie Mae Cooper (Wilson); her former husbands, Vernon Moore, Emory Qualls and Glenn Isaacs; her son Larry Moore; and her siblings, Frankie Blackwell, Sandra Powell, Ola Mae Qualls and Wayne Copper.
She is survived by: her children, C. Vernon Moore (Sally) of Delaware and Sharon Wilson of Florida; her grandchildren, Ronette Elliott (Dwayne) of Delaware, Sonya Chandler (Duane) of Pennsylvania, Johanna Gauger of Pennsylvania, Lori Kimmons (Keith) of Virginia, Charmain Wilson of Florida, Belton Moore (Richard) of Maryland and Mike Holdren (Christine) of Delaware; and her siblings, Barbara Jean Mcclamma of South Carolina, Sam Cooper (Charlene) of Georgia and Fred Cooper (Ruth) of South Carolina.
