She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Winslow, Sr. and Loretta Winslow; and her brother Brian Winslow. She is survived by: her sons, John and William Mahoney, Jr.; and her siblings, Matthew Winslow and Diane Winslow.

Donations may be made in her memory to Suncoast Hospice.
