She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stanley and Louise Stanley; her husband Kenneth P. Grote; her daughter Tina R. Aber; and her sisters, Virginia Anderson and Sharon Dove.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth M. Grote (Joan) and Gary P. Grote (Jean); and her grandson Brian M. Wolf (Lisa). She is also survived by many other grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association can be made in Carmen's name.
