RITZ. ARTHUR B., 68, of 808 Manton St., holiday, died Friday (Oct. 19, 1984). Born in Brooklyn N.Y., he came here 12 years ago from Kerhonksen, N.Y. He was a maintenance employee of Stams boats. He was predeceased by his first wife, Virginia J. (Stanton Burch), two daughters, Marianne Merry and Virginia Schlesier. Survivors including his wife Sybil; four sons Frederick, New York, John and Arthur, both of Schenectady, N.Y., and Walter. Library, Pa,; three daughters, Marjorie Grignon, North Port, N.Y, and Patricia Spires and Kathrine Spires, both of Holiday; two brothers, Frederick, New Port Richey, and Richard, Ramona, Calif.; and several grandchildren.
