He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Robert and Pheonie Ruth (Malphurs); his wife Jean Ruth; his children, Robbie Ruth (Iris) of Fruitland, Jody Ruth (Debbie) of Pierson and Wendy Jackson (Lynn) of Georgetown; and his sisters, Nancy Williams of Seville and Jo Anne Reiter of Washington. He was also cherished by Ten Grandchildren and Ten Great Grandchildren.
