He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Gayhart and Helen Hoskins Gayhart; his grandparents, Charlie, Cora Vanover Gayhart, Billy Hoskins and Fannie Jones Hoskins Pace; his brothers, Eddie Kent Gayhart and Charles Brent Gayhart; and his sister-in-law Rose Bennett Gayhart.
He is survived by: his stepson Jason Bennett of Utopia, Texas; and his siblings, Jarrett Mark Gayhart of London, Kentucky, Saundra Gayhart of London and Lisa Fee (Lonnie) of Hyden, Kentucky.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other cherished relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wooton Presbyterian Church (6408 KY-80, Wooton, KY 41776). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
