He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Keen and Allie Jane Keen; and his brother James Houston Keen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Broughton Keen; his children, Niki Wagenman (Heath) of Mayo, FL, Clint Keen (Cierra) of Mayo, FL and Colby Keen of Mayo, FL; and his grandchildren, Piper Wagenman and Houston Keen.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brewer Lake Baptist Church (231 NW Fulton St, Mayo, FL 32066). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
