He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Frasier (Ruby Frasier) and Ruby Frasier; and his siblings, John, Paul, Charles, Mary and Hope.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Frasier; his sons, Kenneth and Johnny; his stepson Kevin Cannon; his daughters, Tammy and Charolette; his stepdaughter Kimberly Cannon; and his brother Ricky Frasier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
