It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Leverett in Perry, Florida, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Patricia leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Worthington and Rhoda Worthington; and her son Dennis Leverett. She is survived by: her son Sonny Leverette (Dreese); her grandson Josh Leverette (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Halston and Greyson Leverette; and her sisters, Linda Carter and Vivian Cash. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
