He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oscar Sr., Alice Howard, Margie and Wilton Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Matteline, Millie and Carter; and his parents, Barbara Howard and Oscar Morris Howard Jr.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crosspoint Baptist Fellowship (920 N Courtney Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made through Capital City Bank with the memo stating, 'For Trey Howard Funds'.
