She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill and Mary T. Bodiford; her husband Ernest "Bo" Swindle; and her siblings, Martha Parker, Larry Bodiford and Billy Bodiford.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay Swindle (Martha) and Clay Swindle (Joan); her grandchildren, Chelsea Coxwell, Marissa Swindle (Josh), Holly Smith (Logan), Jay Allen Swindle (Casey) and Jonathan Swindle (Haleigh); her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Tristan, Ryder, Ayla, Ellie Jaye and Wyatt; and her brother Johnny Bodiford.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burns Funeral Home of Perry (1400 N Johnson Stripling Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Spring Warrior Cemetery (14079 Spring Warrior Rd, Perry, FL 33348).
