He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Webb and Thelma Webb of Mt. Vernon, Illinois.. He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Williams Webb; his children, Joni Webb Brown (Rusty Brown), Jackie Webb Moore (Rick Miller), Juanita Webb (Kimberley Johnson) and Rev. Justin Webb (Alison Webb); his grandchildren, Brittany Webb, Elisa Webb Murphy (Caleb Murphy), Dr. Jessica Webb, Michael Moore (Blair Bennett Moore) and Cody Moore (Madison Roberts); his brother Jerry Webb of Marion, Arkansas.; and also, Trace Patrick, Jace Luke, Amelia Murphy and Lainey Murphy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evangel Christian Fellowship (1454 N Courtney Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
