He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Dolasky and Irene Rozycki Dolasky of Dover, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Hanners Dolasky; his sons, Sean Sullivan, Stuttgart and Allen Sullivan; his siblings, Diane Young of Wharton, NJ. and Mark Dolasky (Jo) of Dover, NJ; his niece Lisa Young of Rockaway, NJ; and his nephew Robert Young (Tamie) of Versailles, KY. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews, and five great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Tulane University Center for Brain Health, (Support Our Veterans | Tulane University Center for Brain Health) or the "Live like Lou" foundation for ALS research (website Live Like Lou) .
