He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wargo and Ruth McMillen Miller; and his grandparents, William D McMillen Sr. and Mary McMillen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne "Darleen" MacMillen; his children, Jackie, Kathleen, Michele, Richard and William Jr.; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kimberly, Evette, Marcel, Daniel, Sarah, Janine, Yvette and Angel.

He will be truly missed by his family and friends, and they ask in lieu of flowers that you please make a donation to the American Heart Association or Par Four Golf Club Charity.
