He is survived by: his children, Skylar and Seri; his parents, Annette and Ernest Clark Jr. (Carol); his siblings, Staci Lynn (Mike), Sara Louise Levi (Tyler), Joshua (Chelsea) and Elliott (Lyn); his nephew Michael Scholeck; his nieces, Abigail Scholeck, Blakeleigh and Blossom Battles; his grandmothers, Anita Enfinger of Milton, FL and Faye Clark of Belpre, OH; his uncle Eric (Jennifer); his aunts, Angie VanGestel (Jeff) and Lynn Barton (Jerry); and his cousins, William, Austin, Zachary, Anna, Benjamin, Ian, Jonathan and Cooper. He is also survived by great" Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
