He is survived by: his sisters, Claudia Black Smith (Kenneth M.) and Rebecca Black Snyder (Phillip D.); his nieces and nephews, David Marshall Black (Jessica), Rachael Smith Boutwell (Daniel), Thomas Stratford Smith (Sunny) and Stephanie Snyder Rogers (Bill); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebecca Elizabeth Black, Mary Marshall Black, Margaret Lee Lovett Black, Danny Ralph Boutwell IV, Thomas Crawford Boutwell, James Bentley Boutwell, Olivia LouEmma Boutwell, Charley Kate Smith, Andi Elizabeth Smith, Elaine Stratford Smith, William Miller Rogers and Mary Rutherford Rogers.
