She was predeceased by: her children, Lien, Tien (Ly) and Linh Tu. She is survived by: her children, Loan (Joe), Chung (Robin), Thuy (Tam), Trang (Minh), Tuan (Margaret), Dai (Tom) and Nghia (Rina). She is also survived by 1 brother and 1 sister in Vietnam; 27 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Hospital Chapel or St. Paul Catholic Church.
