He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Bethune; his grandchildren, Isaac Melnar, Anna Melnar, Kayla Swank, Austin Thompson, Greyson Westberry and Zoey Westberry; and his half-brothers, Don Bratsch and Rick Bethune.
