He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wiggins and Mary Wiggins; and his brother Leon Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Ingrid Wiggins; his children, Katrin, Steve Jr. and Mary; and his brother Wayne Wiggins (Gloria). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
