He was predeceased by: his father Richard B. Nicholson. He is survived by: his mother Susan Kelley (Rannikko) of Pensacola, FL; his siblings, Pennis Buonora (Vincent) and Ryan Nicholson; and his stepmother Debra Nicholson.
