She was predeceased by: her husband Ray C. Phillips; her parents, Roe Purnell and Clara Purnell; and her brother Carter Purnell (Patsy). She is survived by: her children, Jim Phillips (MaryAnn), Gina Murray (Bill) and Lisa Ham (Bob); her grandchildren, David Whatley, Will Murray, Katherine Phillips and Jay Phillips; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Whatley, Jackson Whatley and Ava Phillips; and her brothers, Charles Purnell (Helen) and Ben Purnell (Evelyn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
