He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ward Russell and Taimi Irene Russell; and his sister Patricia Allen. He is survived by: his spouse Francene Duffy of Pensacola; his children, Kelly Russell Snodgrass of Morgantown, IN and Kevin Philip Russell (Laura) of Gulf Breeze, FL.; his grandchildren, Ward Harrison Russell and Taimi Kathryn Snodgrass; and his brother Warren Russell of Niceville, FL..

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pensacola Garden Center (1850 N 9th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32503).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Emerald Coast Hospice would be appreciated.
