She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer L "Lee" Milligan; and her parents, Johnny Clifford Wright and Mary Malinda Grissom Wright. She is survived by: her children, Col. Ricky L. Milligan (Carol), Tereasa M. Jones (J. C.) and Rhonda J. Milligan; her siblings, Edward Wright, Hazel Marshall, Lois Kee and Rachel Reed; and her grandchildren, Lacy Posadas (Brent), Bryant (Katy), Jessica Pomichalek (Craig), Crystal McManus (Bryan), Cami Atkinson (Cory), Hunter Dolina (Kevin) and Erica Milligan.
