He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rosenthal (Sandy Parks); his children, Lisa Duncan of Denver, CO and Sidney Rosenthal (Cate) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Catherine, Marion, Violet, Kit, Caroline and Collier; and his caregivers, Savannah, Maria and Costella.
