He is survived by: his sons, Michael Lindsey and James Lindsey, Sr.; his grandchildren, Brittany Robinson (Connor) and J. R. Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Lailani and Zian; his siblings, Nola Chandler (Trumen) and Ricky Lindsey (Vivian); and his sisters-in-law, Patrica Daza, Linda Murray (Doug), Edwina Patterson (Pat), Marline Austin (Ed) and Toni Tuper (Gale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
