He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; and his parents, Manuel DaCunha and Tennie DaCunha. He is survived by: his children, Veiga Jr. (Robin DaCunha), Denise (Jeff M. Gallagher Sr.) and Karen (Tony McLamb); and his grandchildren, Deah Tate, Jessica Britnell, Taylor Gallagher, Tanya Gallagher, Cleo DaCunha, Austyn Wheeler, Jeffrey M. Gallagher Jr. and Tony DaCunha. He is also survived by five great-granddaughters; and seven great-grandsons.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home (124 W Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Gateway Church of Christ.
