She was predeceased by: her parents, James Farley and Flora Lee Ivey; and her husband Richard T. Holtzclaw. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Holtzclaw, Thomas A. Holtzclaw and Leslie L. Holtzclaw; and her grandchildren, Dylan Michael, Darrian Elizabeth and Austin Thomas Holtzclaw.
