He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his stepchildren, April Riddick (Gray) and Neil Saxon (Milagros); his brother Ronnie Milstead (Joey); his granddaughters, Sarah, Sydney, Savannah and Sofia; his nephew Heath Milstead; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah, Ryan, Drew and Claire.
