He was predeceased by: his parents, Henley Henley and Louise Dean Henley; his brother Carl Henley; and his son Keith Henley. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Henley; his children, Kenneth O. Henley (Shannon) of Walnut Hill, Elizabeth Kay Yerby (Rick) of Auburn, AL and Rosanna Henley of Pensacola; and his sister Martha Tucker of Laurel Hill. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
