He is survived by: his parents, Michael Clyde Montgomery and Karen Ann Duplessis Montgomery; his brother Chandler Matthew Montgomery; his grandparents, Milam Clyde, Helen Montgomery, Linda Marie Duplessis and Susan Nanette Plaumann; his girlfriend Lauren Michelle Campbell; his girlfriend's son Mason Ryan Dunlap; and also, Tucker, Blakely and Mo-Mo. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
