She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest W. Chapman Jr.; her parents, Clayton Maddox and Lena Maddox; her siblings, Carol Hopkins, Bud John Maddox and Tim Maddox; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Chapman, T. J. Chapman, Tara Capps, Margo Lambert and Hannah Yost.

She is survived by: her brother Ray; her sister-in-law Terri Maddox of Milton, FL.; her son Tony; and her children-in-law, Teri Chapman of Cañon City, CO., Tia Chapman of Lawton, OK., Teresa Yost of Frederick, MD, Patricia, Jimmy Allen of Keithville, LA, John Chapman (Lynn Dunbar) of Cantonment, FL., Adam Palacio of Pensacola, FL, John Collins (Carla Collins) of Pensacola, FL and Raven Chapman of Fort Jackson, TX.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and much more extended family.
