He is survived by: his wife Susan Earnest Ellisor; his children, John Ellisor Jr., Jeffrey Ellisor, Diane Ellisor Hendrix, Andrea Ellisor Peters and Tiffany Ellisor Tate; his grandchildren, Kellee Ellisor Walker, Emilee Ellisor Segers and Stanley "Tripp" Peters III; and his great grandchild Finley Walker.
