He is survived by: his father Joe E. Barker Sr. of Glen Allen, MO; and his sisters, Carrie Seppelfrick of Deklab, IL and Mary Brandt of Nashville, TN..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Outreach Worship Center (703 Union St, Marble Hill, MO 63764).
