She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Gaunt Ward and Herbert E. Ward. She is survived by: her husband Colonel William Orin Brooks; her children, William Frans Brooks II (Kathy), Russell Orin Brooks (Pam) and Jerri Brooks Egstad (Scott); and her grandchildren, Brett Brooks, Matthew Brooks (Nicole), Beau Brooks (Thuyvy), Jessica McCall (Brian), David Egstad (Rebecca) and Elizabeth Mayorca (Jake).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Faith Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory (South) (100 Beverly Pkwy, Pensacola, FL 32505).
