In the sacred silence of farewell, James is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burgess Witt and Hazel Witt; and his sisters, Patsy Ely and Mary Dondlinger. He is survived by: his wife Jetta Witt; his children, Mike Witt (Christine) and Cheryl Eads (David); and his grandchildren, Joseph Eads (Maddie), Lindsey Eads and David Witt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wilde Lake Church (2800 Wilde Lake Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32526). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
