With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacqueline Sykes of Pensacola, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Joe" Bruce and Mary Terrill Pryor; her brother Joseph "Bruce" Pryor, Jr.; her daughter Stephanie Sykes Browne; and her husband Tom.
She is survived by: her daughter Jolie Sykes Darby (Joey) of Foley, AL; her grandchildren, Calais Laganosky (Matthew) of Melbourne, FL, Spencer, Blakley, Garrett Browne of Pensacola, FL, Jackson and J. D. Darby of Foley, AL; her great grandchild Alice Laganosky of Melbourne, FL; her sister-in-law Jeanne Pernesky (Leo) of North Versailles, PA; her niece Becky Streiff of North Versailles, PA; and her nephew Leo Pernesky, Jr. of DuBois, PA..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Pensacola (33 E Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502).
