He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Wallace (Mark Babbitt), Betty Phetteplace (David Phetteplace) and Sandra Smith (Kevin Smith); his grandsons, David Phetteplace, Joshua Phetteplace and Brian Wallace; and his great grandchildren, Logan Phetteplace, Octavia Phetteplace, David Wallace, Jason Wallace, Adam Wallace and Daniel Wallace.
