He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Buchanan. He is survived by: his children, Kelli (Andrew), Kevin and Kyler (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Eli and Micah.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gateway Church of Christ (445 Creighton Rd, Pensacola, FL 32504).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gateway Church of Christ Missions, designating the Bayou Le Batre mission.
